Fall 2025 Program - Forest Health of CT
Location: Killingworth Firehouse - Rear Entrance
Date: November 13th, 2025
Time: 7-8 pm

Alex Amendola, from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will talk about forest diseases, insects and abiotic factors affecting our local woodlands, and options for management. The talk will address the spotted lanternfly and beech leaf disease.

Alex is the Forester for Cockaponsett State Forest and has over a decade of experience in the field of forest ecology and management.

Light refreshments will be served.








This talk is presented by the Killingworth Land Conservation Trust and will be free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
